Property management
We abide by Federal and State Fair Housing Laws to help ensure that you and your property are in compliance.
We perform a background check on each prospective Tenant which includes a Credit Report, State & National Criminal Report, Employment & Income Verification, and Housing Payment History.
Depending on the length of your leases, you may have to collect sales tax from the Tenant and file those taxes monthly. We take care of that for you. We also collect your rent, assess and collect late fees and handle scheduling and paying of maintenance requests.
We use AppFolio to manage the day to day tasks that are involved in managing
your property. AppFolio provides the owner and the tenant their own "portal" to access the system and communicate with their manager as well as a 24hr Emergency Hotline for urgent maintenance requests.
All vendors that we partner with are licensed and insured. We schedule and monitor the work being done on your property and inspect it upon completion to ensure that the work requested was done correctly before the bill is paid.
